RETURN POLICY

Returnable Items
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt of the item for an exchange or store credit. Any return must be in original salable condition i.e. HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED or WASHED and have all the original tags attached. We will not accept returns that have not met these conditions. Items must be returned with MAX Ǻ MAXIM garment bags. Shipping charges and duties/taxes are not refundable. Return/Exchange shipping is at your own expense.
Non Returnable Items
Jewelry and accessories are FINAL SALES. These items cannot be returned or exchanged. We strongly encourage you to email or call us with questions pertaining to a final sale item before purchasing. Items that are purchased with a discount code and or on sale, or marked down with or without stating "SALE".
How to make a return/exchange
1. Email us to receive a Return Authorization Number. Please include your order number.
(MAX Ǻ MAXIM reserves the right to refuse any returns without an RA Number.)
2. You will be emailed an RA Number and an address to ship the item(s) back to.
3. When your return has been processed you will be notified by email.
Once MAX Ǻ MAXIM has received your return, we will issue you a credit to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days. Note: Any applicable duties and taxes paid are not refundable.
Please note: MAX Ǻ MAXIM is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery to our returns facility. Also, we maintain the right to refuse credit of any return or exchange that does not comply with our return policy.
